·   Worked along with Business owners to understand end-to-end processes and mapping the requirement to the specifications. Participated in System design phase, worked with the usability team and generated the Detailed Design Document.

·   Worked with business owners and SME’s to define and document technical and business rule specifications for data under review maintained under Enterprise Content Management System. Used SQL queries to extract data to create charts and reports for analysis. Merged data from SQL Server and Excel to create the Monthly Reports for each business unit.

·   Trained the beta testers on the application in small group class setting.  Create presentations based on training content and user department requirements.
